Project Description: ​

Scope: This project focused on introducing a new Ready-To-Drink (RTD) Nestlé Milo Bubble Tea to the Canadian market. The goal was to leverage the brand equity of Nestlé Milo and align the product with the growing demand for convenient, nutritious, and culturally inspired beverages. The project included a full marketing plan supported by consumer insights, positioning strategies, and an integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaign.

  • Scope: This project focused on introducing Haldiram’s, a popular Indian snack brand, to the Canadian market. The objective was to develop a comprehensive international marketing strategy, assessing the implications of standardization and adaptation. The project included market research, competitive analysis, positioning, and a full marketing plan tailored for Canadian consumers.

Using strategic marketing techniques, we crafted a compelling message, identified target audiences, and leveraged multi-channel marketing to maximize reach and impact.

Project description:

Scope: This project focused on developing an awareness campaign for the Greater Toronto Philharmonic Orchestra (GTPO) to boost visibility and engagement for their performances. Through strategic marketing efforts, we crafted a compelling creative brief, identified key audience segments, and developed media and channel recommendations to maximize reach. The project culminated in a live client pitch.

Using qualitative research methods, the study examined customer frustrations, service expectations, and preferred problem-solving methods. Insights were gathered through focus groups and interviews, leading to strategic recommendations for improving customer service, store layout, and digital solutions.

"Nexter Project-AmiGO – A Tamagotchi-Inspired Wellness App for Millennials"

Project description:

Scope: This project focused on a hypothetical product targeted to millennials AmiGO, a mobile app designed to merge nostalgia with wellness. Inspired by Tamagotchi, AmiGO allows users to care for a virtual pet that also helps them take care of themselves through fitness tracking, time management, and mindfulness reminders. 

Learning Outcomes :

  • Conducted consumer research to identify the intersection of nostalgia, wellness, and gamification.

  • Developed a product concept that blends entertainment with functional self-improvement tools.

  • Applied branding and positioning strategies to appeal to Millennials’ lifestyle and values.

"Cariuma" 

Project description:

Scope: This project conducted a comprehensive digital marketing audit of Cariuma, a sustainable footwear brand and certified B-Corp known for its eco-friendly sneakers. The audit analyzed the brand’s Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned (PESO)media channels to assess marketing effectiveness, digital presence, and areas for optimization. Using industry tools and frameworks, the project evaluated website performance, SEO, SEM, social media engagement, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising strategy. Additionally, a brand persona, Aubrey, was developed to refine Cariuma’s brand voice and positioning to better engage a non-binary, tech-savvy, sustainability-conscious audience.
